How our quotes work.
01How long does a Kemafy quote take?
Usually one business day. Larger builds with several integrations can take two, and we tell you up front if yours needs a short call first to pin down the scope.
02Is the quoted price fixed?
Yes. The total is tied to the written scope, so what you approve is what you pay. The price only changes if you add pages or features, and any change is quoted in writing before work starts.
03How long is a quote valid?
Thirty days from the date on the PDF. After that we are happy to re-issue it, adjusted only if the scope or our published rates have changed.
04Can you match a scope another agency already sent me?
Yes. Paste their line items into the form and we will price the same list line for line, so the two quotes can be compared fairly.
05Do I have to sign anything to get a quote?
No. There is no contract, deposit or call required to receive the numbers. You only sign an agreement if you decide to go ahead.
